Srushti began preparing for her UPSC examination in her third year of engineering studies. Following her graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she'd be satisfied in an engineer position. In the following years, she realized that the dream of her was to work in civil service and began to concentrate on the field. She was encouraged by her parents to pursue a civil service career and get ready for the tests. She did not lose motivation as she remained focused at her dream of becoming an IAS. To achieve UPSC, you have to do more. While she was studying in engineering and other classes, she also used to study for different subjects of UPSC. Every day, she set aside some time for preparation. She prepared for the exams for engineers in less than 1 1/2 months, and stayed away from social media as well as social media altogether. The focus she believes is vital to pass the examination for a government job and to be eligible for a job within the civil service. She was determined to pass the exam on the first go and has put in lots of work. In order to stay up-to-date on current affairs, she used to regularly read newspapers. Every library across the nation has it. It is an excellent book for IAS applicants who work hard for the test.
